The Dexters Steakhouse & Grill restaurant is based in Carmarthen and is the successor of Diablo's on the Quay with its prime location on the Carmarthen estuary. Dexters Steakhouse serves locally sourced Dexter, Welsh Black and Hereford Beef as well as a range of classic dishes, chef specials, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes to cater for every taste. For all smaller parties, you can now book a table with us via our Res Diary link. We still take bookings over the phone, however if it's easier for you to book online, follow this link.
